Today, no alcohol. I'm working on getting more veggies incorporated into my diet. I'm tired and have a lot to do today, more later, after I've slept a little more.

Well, I'm on my third try to get a little more rest. I fell asleep for about an hour, but then my butcher showed up with my I have to start all over :( Sooooo tired! Gonna drink a glass of water then try to get a bit more shuteye!

Broke down and had 12 oz. of milk which put me way over on my carbs. My calories are still within range so I'm not gonna sweat it too much. BUT, no more milk. Besides I'm a bit intolerant so I'm already paying for it :(

Got about another hour of sleep, but so tired I can't really think straight. Trying not to let my tiredness and boredom induce me to start snacking! Nights are my downfall!

Good luck! Giving up alcohol is the most difficult part of dieting for me--yesterday was my first day with no alcohol :-)

Thanx! It's not very feasible for me to give it up entirely, but I'm going to limit it and not drink at all when hubby's on the road. We have way too many friends that like to "socialize"! LOL
