Been following the Greek Orthodox fasting calendar (vegan + shellfish weekdays, +fish on weekends) the last couple weeks, but not religiously (heh).

Plan to keep it through July 6th, with time off for the fourth.

My daily caloric intake has still been high, averaging well over 3000. I haven't gained a ton of weight, but noticed some undesirable body recomp with a hiatus from strength training.

Plus is that maintenance has been going fairly well, ranging from 195-205 lbs. Need to set some new goals in the area of walking performance and strength training. Also might set a new goal to lost another 20-25 lbs after these six months of maintenance.

I have continued to track my daily intake by calories and macros.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 128.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If your goal is fat loss, strength training while you’re trying to lose body fat will be most beneficial & possibly easier depending on the amount of body fat you have on you, to maintain muscle while losing fat (possibly gain/regain some in that time) vs maintain your weight then lose X amount of lbs later.
