Today, I’m thinking of switching up my goals a bit with my weight-
• I have a hard time eating large meals and remaining consistent in that. •I also have a difficult time eating in the quantity that I am expected to eat in with the weight increase that I’ve set for myself.
Ever since my lifestyle transition into becoming vegan, spiritual, and a yogi, it doesn’t serve me a personal purpose to consume large quantities of food.
However, I gave it a chance this week and I’ve realized some things about myself: -I love to eat -I eat small portions -Go easy on myself
Sometimes it can be discouraging to see others eat how they do and looking at their weight/ body/ goals but I remind myself that I am grateful for who I Am apart from everyone else and because of that, I will live vicariously through myself and share with you all!
