Thanks to everyone for the uplifting comments it really helps I have a doc appointment tommorow and havent been for a year so I am kinda excited because this is the doc always yellin at me about my weight I cant wait I know it sounds funny to want to go to the docs right Im gonna WI too wish me luck

Oh your doc will be so excited. I have not seen my primay doc since before I started this. LAWL sent him a letter advising him though. Whenever I go see him next, hopefully not for a very long time, he will be very pleasantly surprised as well. Keep up the good work. You CAN do it!!!
