Today my body told me I am not feeling to well. Extremely bloated and miserable. Feeling weak with slight pain and discomfort I made it a day of rest. I actually have slept all day as I tossed and turned all night. Yes I just woke up and showered and feel refreshed. Looking for a light dinner and if I'm up to it later I will treadmill. Hopefully tomorrow will be more eventful and active. Take care of your body and listen it to it is sound advise.
