Cooked up a Big pot of Seafood Gumbo, and it is Slap 'yo Grandma GOOD! Sure was hard to not sneak too many sausage bits, but I think I did OK. The two white Russians were well worth the Kcals, and was for a good cause...Needed to finish the last of the milk to make room for the Gumbo pot, and what better way to use milk, right?

Found out this dieting thing lowers alcohol fx resistance, woo boy, i was feeling good!
