It's great to see this working! It's slow, but I'm not worried about crash dieting. It's powerful to be keeping such careful track of calories - makes eating a conscious choice not something I'm doing mindlessly.
The awareness of calories is good too. Really, it's an overall awareness for everything.
And DAMN those weight watchers chocolate 'cakes' are tiny. I wish they could pack more cake in for 100 cal....
