Today was my last day of dieting I don't feel well the past two weeks I have to cut my cardio.
In this two month I lose like 13 pound no bad✌️✌️✌️
164.9 lb Lost so far: 155.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
