Looks like I'm going to need a new goal soon. I started out 37 months ago at 239# and am now down 76#. Never would have thought that humanly possible without drugs, surgery, or imprisonment, but I've done this by eating as much as I want but following just three rules:
1. Eliminate "processed foods" to the greatest possible extent... like 98%. This eliminates most drinks.
2. No meat from mammals.
3. Dairy products must be NO-fat (yes, breaks Rule 1). Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, egg whites.
What I DO eat is lots of FRESH veggies and fruits, chicken breast and wild-caught salmon. When I hit my goal in a few weeks I'll have a new goal 10# lower.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
