Beautiful day in my part of Virginia. Spent some time with two GSs, got some plants for my deck pot garden, did my round of squats and other exercises, lifted my weights with more reps and working on my IF. Thinking from yesterday until tomorrow noon is about all I want to do. IF has gotten a lot easier since the first time I tried it. Wanted to see if the benefits that were touted works for me.

Planning on going to the campground tomorrow and working out in the pool. Got some new tankini tops that need to get wet :) Will fuel up, pack snacks and drinks within my WOE, so I can do my laps and water exercises without having to take too many breaks. Hopefully the adult pool won't be so crowded. If it is too crowded, I can still get the water aerobics in. Some like to bring their huge floats with the niches for the beer or soda cans like they are at home in their own back yard pool. They need their break too but it does put a cramp in the laps.

Pleased the scale is still moving down. Trying to move more to be healthier and keep some loose skin at bay. Progress maybe slow but it still is progress.
