OK...just had a great mini workout with my office Buddies, today I went to the Gold Corral Buffet.. and I must say that i am proud of myself... I ate lots of vegatables and I stayed away from fried, oils, breads and sugars... I lost three pounds this week... I am happy about that!!!yeahhhh me! to my FS Buddies... Keep up the good work! Stay focus and remember that you can DO it!!!!!!!
