Up! The end is in sight for my offset schedule, so back on track soon. My brain fog from exhaustion and a summer cold lifted last Wednesday, and I started adding back in 7 minutes of HIIT (wow, so weak!). I plan to increase exercise plus recommence diet tracking this week, but am not going to be upset with myself if it happens in fits and starts.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
