Trying for 1000cal today or 1200
Starting Venus plan with intermittent fasting
Week 1 - deficit x6 days then maintenance 2000 1day then repeat
242.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
