Whew! I certainly have been enjoying my summer and not caring at all about what I've been eating or drinking. Margarita, anyone? It has finally hit me that I cannot consume whatever I want without paying a price, and that price is being miserable because I can't fit into any of my clothes. So.. I'm trying to surround myself with healthier options and that means staying away from my lunch buddies (sorry - still love ya) and turning down "let's go get a drink after work" invitations. It's only day two and yesterday I had to blow off a friend for a drink (which def means 3-4 glasses of vino) and today a friend for lunch (which is code for Plaza Azteca). So, I'm trying to be prepared with my lunches so I won't feel compelled to go out and I'm going to have to limit the drinking as well. Wish me luck!
