7/23/12 I just did Insanity Day 1 challenge. It was very hard. But I got through it. Drank 4 bottles of water, and had homeade kupusa.(350 calories) 59 days left too go!

Everyone I know is doing insanity it seems. I am wating till I get in a little better shape before I try it. I have been doing turbofire and I just ordered Hip Hop Abs. Drink lots of water, it really speeds up the weight loss and it helps your skin to not be saggy after you lose the weight.
