At first I thought this was an easy Workout, no it was a challenge!! Buy in, Medicine Ball (#70lbs) Run with two partners each carrying it 4 times approx 150m, each time. Next step, 120 Reps MB to shoulder, 120 ski pull Cals, 120 MB Squats, 120 Cals Assault Bike, finishing with the Buy out, same as the Buy in. 850 Cals burned!!
178.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
