Every time I deny myself junk food, soda, donuts, my favorite pizza. I feel good and stronger. I feel happier that I choose to do what's best for me and my family. I say family because what mommy says goes. So if I decide that we having Pizza instead of a well balanced meal then shame on me. My parents were uneducated about what proper diet consists of. I do know from studying with my own battles. I have four kids that have to get this thing right early so they can live healthy and happy lives. Because I am far from happy when I can't fit n those pants that r only cute in a six or four! Can't wait to get there!
