Yesterday was by far the best day yet with staying focused and on task. Started tracking food and drink intake on July 5th. I stumbled across Fat Secert about a week later. I has been very helpful in tracking and recording. It's keeping me on task and helping me to understand what the breakdown of what is in each food.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
