I'm down a little more than a pound this week, and I'm happy with my progress. I feel like I'm doing good things for myself and I'm not pushing myself to a limit that I don't feel like I can maintain. I am kind of worried about recovery after my hand surgery on Thursday, but if I can work the next day, I doubt it will take too long before I can do my normal workouts again. I can at least walk or maybe run until I'm healed. I won't really know until Thursday how long it will take to get back to my normal routine. If I can keep my eating under control that should help at least maintain the loss. I'm just ready to be done with the surgery so my hand is feeling better and maybe I can do even better in my workouts, especially with weights.

In other news, the long weekend was great! I didn't get as much done outside as I wanted because it started raining. I got a little done, but I was actually kind of lazy. I did get most of my to-do list checked off, but I took time to just relax and I needed that. Now today is go, go, go before I'm gone Thursday and maybe part of Friday.

I suppose I'd better get back to it. Have a great Tuesday!!
