Well, two weeks with no weightloss and I have been doing exactly what I am suppose to be doing. Last week I began measuring myself and I have lost in inches. 2 inches off the waist and a half an inch off my hips in a week.
I'll take that. Thank goodness I decided to do that otherwise i would be seriously disappointed.

185.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

that is so common, I lost 100lbs in 5 months on atkins and for 6 months after I continued to lose pant sizes.

Hang in there... if you look at my weight graph it stagnates, goes up a little, and drops! I am at 24.5 lbs down since mid April. It works but you have to hang in there even when it looks like it is not working. That Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Creamer is sabotaging you though! Look a the carbs - the powder has 9 per 4/tsp and the liquid is almost as bad. Go with straight cream and you can do much better. ~ Ronda

Ronda, You are probably soooo right on that one. I don't know why I never even thought about it. I should've. Oh well, making the change and I will get some some cream in my house on a regular basis so i dont sabotage myself any longer. Making the stop at the store on my way home today. Thank you and I sent you a buddy request if your interested. :)

Just another observation for help. You should also eliminate the peanuts. They are not on induction. Thx!

Since i chose to stay on induction past the two weeks i am able to add nuts and seeds back to my list of acceptable foods. These include 1 oz of walnuts, almonds, pecans, pumkin seeds or other seeds or nuts. This is found on page 112 of "The new Atkins for a new you". Thanks. :)
