This is day 36 and I'm amazed that is has been so successful. I'm down 12 pounds so far, butr more importantly, for the 1st time, I'm not craving sweets, and for me, that's a miracle! I can easily see this as a way of life. And, I don't eat as much anymore - I actually push away the plate now when I'm satisfied, not when I'm stuffed.

WOW....12 pounds! AWESOME! Keep it up and yes, you're right - it's EASY to see we CAN do this for the rest of our lives....It's a matter of balance...and ALWAYS keeping focused on healthy choices... It definitely becomes HABIT...I never thought I would get to that point....and i'm not exactly sure when it happened....but it has... We become (subconsciously) *conscious* on everything we eat..... KUDOS to you and keep up the GREAT effort....it WILL pay off...Slow and steady....Huggies
