Nimm's Journal, 18 July 2012

The Excel trendline is telling me that I added just 0.5lbs in the last month. While I normally average 3200 cals/day, I have been knocking 100-200 off here and there when it's particularly hot and I'm particularly lethargic. Time to stop doing that.

I'm probably subconsciously trying to postpone switching back to a cut - bulking is much more fun.

3200 calories a day does sound fun. I love food.

I won't lie - it is. It can be inconvenient, though. If your diet is primarily whole foods and less processed foods - fruit, veggies, lots of protein, fiber, etc. - it's easy to feel stuffed well before that point. There have been nights where I'm almost literally choking food down. First world problems :)
