I lost minimal weight this week. My efforts when on were spectacular and when I was less disciplined. were as to be expected.
My activity levels are up and that's great!
Overall, I am very pleased with my success so far and strive to make this upcoming week a week of success!
Focus, focus, focus!
Let's do this!
287.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 97.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are absolutely right! This is a work in progress and adjustments, fine tuning and allowances are to be expected.
