Well, its my first up in 3 months - so I guess I don't need to panic. I did eat a fair bit last week, but I was also insanely active - frequently being active in excess of 2 hours a day - but you win some and you lose some - maybe I can hope that I developped some muscle. I've been feeling hungrier, but maybe I should do a bit more waiting. I celebrated my weight gain by letting myself pig out on goldfish crackers - but I'm motivated to get back to being an angel this week and see if I can't get moving on this last 10-20 lbs.
