My official weight this week is 111.4kg.
I actually thought I recorded last week's weight on Thursday but it seems that I didn't. It was exactly the same as today at 111.4kg. I'm happy that it stayed exactly the same because this week started really cold and I just didn't feel like staying on track so I indulged a bit. I even ate about 6 peanut butter cookies that my sis made on Tuesday as well as breyani, few slices of bread, etc.
So this drop is after 9 days since getting back on track. which is not bad considering the foods I've eaten in the 9 days.
I'm already feeling confident that next week will be a drop as long as life doesn't give me too much stress.
