DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT AFTER HAVING WIDSOM TEETH REMOVED BEFORE I CAN WORK OUT? I'M OLDER SO KEEP THAT IN MIND. I DON'T WANT TO GET DRY SOCKET! THEY ARE IMPACTED AND SIDEWAYS AND I HAVE A VERY SMALL MOUTH!

I beleive it is something like two days. I worked for an oral surgeon a few years back. I would say on the third day you would be ok.
