Sixth day of Whole30 and I feel like I'm getting a bit of a fuzzy brain from lack of fast carbs. I've had veggies, berries and apple so I'm definitely not trying to be keto or anything. I think I need to cook up some speghetti squash and sweet potatoes to help keep on an even keel.
