No progress 😞
120.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   steady weight


Weight loss alone is only part of progress. Sticking with your plan, recommitting when you slip, feeling better, clothes fitting better, etc. These are all measures of progress. Hang in there!
