I actually had two days of calorie intake over 2800 but extra walking and couple of low intake days maintained my loss. Yesterday was a 3 mile walk in the rain.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
