I have been determined for a while now, but little things have been setting me back. I can't make excuses anymore. I was doing really well until I pulled a muscle in my martial arts class. I'm officially training for my black belt, and I managed to injure myself in the first week lol. So, I've taken a week and a 1/2 off, long enough for that muscle to feel stonger again. Hopefully training again will help me greatly.

Ow! Don't you hate when that happens? You're doing what you can to get yourself back in shape, and then you get injured. Frustrating!
I'm hoping to get back into running, but right now it's too hot. So, I got myself a jump rope and I have yet to give it a go. I think you're just the inspiration I need to start hoppin'!
Keep it up - you'll be back to it in no time!
