So 17 days ago I went on vacation and completely blew my diet. no excuses just time to make a permanent change. So here I go again.... one thing I have learned from my years of weight gains, losses, and gains is that there are no straight lines in weight loss. Everything about weight loss is up and down sometimes more ups than downs.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
