I went shopping yesterday and I have lost 4 inches around my chest I am now a 34 again. I had to be released fitted and it felt great. I bought shirts in size medium. I feel better now than I have in years. 28 to go and I am motivated.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
