Trying to get to 190 and stay consistently under 195 - miss being in the mix - not much losing now - doing what keeps here except ice cream , pecan turtles and bud select / diet soda but in moderation - these are hard to give up but I can stay here and a guilty pleasure once ina while - Everyone thanks for the support and I think you're all doing a great job - WHEN NOT IF AND GOD BLESS - YOU CAN DO IT
194.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

yes life is to short not to enjoy John but I need to learn myself too this lesson... just in moderation...I will someday ha ha...and your doing great so it wont be a struggle for you I know...continued success my friend;)

I noticed that all the focus is on how much and what you eat. It seems almost food is an obsession that everyone wants to conquer. I am humbly suggesting to all how about substituting food with the zest in living. Socializing, staying active, volunteering and searching why food has become that important. So important that you have to take pictures of it. Again deeply sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings. This is just a suggestion from a caring person.
