No big deal, I expected a big gain. I don't feel bloated or depressed so as long as I'm still motivated to do well, I'm happy :-)
140.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The past month for me has been one long merry-go-round of up and down. It can definitely be frustrating at times. But in the end my weight continues to drop as long as I stick to the RDI plan here. It sounds like you have a good approach!

KG .. On the right under my community is 'My Cook Book' you can enter recipes there. It will then give you the nutrition of the recipe
