FINALLY, 1/2 lb down, whew! Took some work to get there, now let's see if I can NOT gain it back this weekend! Probably not off to the best start, I went to get coffee and there was a HUGE plate of brownie bites waiting for me. I had two, let's see if I can stop there. I've got some leftover chicken & squash for lunch, and just realized that I haven't eaten a single TV dinner for lunch this week. With one exception, it's been homemade meals, so yay for me! Funny, homemade meals seem to taste better, go figure! Tomorrow I plan to do a long run, 4-5 miles, possibly outdoors. Yeah, need to start doing that. I'll let you know how it goes. Tonight is a rest night, so just a light dinner would be good. We'll see.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
