This was an "anything you want to eat day," - the first one I've had in about six weeks. I made every "bad"choice I wanted (EXCEPT, I did NOT get a Diet Coke and break almost two months' abstinence from that.) I ate for ALL the wrong reasons - depressed, frustrated, angry, discouraged. It's done. It's in the past (and hopefully won't be in the future any time again soon!)
206.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
