Well had a lot happen this last month, but it is no excuse for going entirely off the wagon..ate like a horse no exercise since knee pain in October... yeah I'm very lucky only 5 pound gain....feels like a hundred in my legs & back..they hurt all the time....no pep in my step happening now...
289.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 104.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
