Well I wasn't exactly honest about how much I had gained over the holidays <blush> but fortunately it's starting to come back down. Calorie counting & exercising helps for sure. I'm off work today & had planned to run this morning, but I'm being a lazy-butt instead. I got an Instant Pot for Christmas & am looking the device over, thinking about what I can cook in it - possibly tonight! Anyway, I'm not sure that I'll see 142.5 on New Years Day, it would be awesome but I won't beat myself up if it doesn't happen. Also, I've met my goal of tracking every day for a month, and have two more days to track every day in December. New Years Eve will of course be tricky; we've been invited to a friend's annual party, which is a total food fest. I need some strategies to keep from seriously overeating at the party, hmmm....
145.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
