I spent 2 weeks with my sister. she is the only person I can spend time with and lose wt. She works hard at maintaining/losing weight. She usually exercises a lot but had just undergone surgery so little activity for either of us. I lost wt during those 2 weeks, not sure what I weighed before I went, 188/9. So feeling pretty good about myself.
I have a birthday goal of 180. I won't make it but I should be pretty close. Not sure where I want to land in the end but maybe 155? Don't know how long I plan to take getting there. I just know this is do-able.
