My husbands health got bad again, and I went off track with my diet while staying with him at the hospital. I gained some back, and I feel so down hearten. But, I'm trying to keep myself going. I can no longer go on walks out in public, I have to stay close to my husband. BUT, I did get me a treadmill, so I can still walk and keep a close eye on him, also found this exercise machine at a yard sale. It's kinda like a rowing machine I guess? But you use your own weight. I like it, so I'm going to stick with those two devices, and use my light weight barbells and maybe a workout DVD I have here and there. I'm really trying to make this work and be as active as I can be.
412.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 232.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
