I've been trying extra hard this time around. I have been working out every day and sticking to my diet. It seems hard, but I've noticed as the days go by I'm getting more used to it. My husband had a doctors appointment today and everything seems to be going fine so far. Hopefully it remains that way. I have been using a workout DVD and doing a 5 minute warm up, 20 minute cardio, and 5 minute cool down. Plus I have been using my row machine and dumb bells. My treadmill needs the belt tightened and I will do that sometime this week. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! Keep up all the good work!
