10st 6lb Fat 25.3% No WW. Really pleased to be down lower than pre-hol...and then my daughter - without a fraction of the effort I've made this week - also lost 2lb! Comparing yourself with others is really not helpful sometimes, in fact quite the reverse :( Another area where no doubt my age lets me down! Another week to go before Romanian hol, so at least I've got half a stone off, and maybe another pound if I'm lucky, and that must surely help even just a little bit in the heat out there :)
146.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
