Not sure what’s going on with the scale but I will take this number. I don’t believe the number is based on dehydration because I drank 24 oz of water between 12:30 AM and 5 AM (I had a rough night sleeping) and had over 64 oz throughout the day.

I walk / jog. I haven't lifted since earlier this year. I like lifting heavy weights and this make me hungry. I am still working on fine tuning eating / fasting. I intend for my 199 to 185 or 180 goal to swap out jogging with more lifting. This song is on the Rocky 4 soundtrack which is a part of one of my workout playlists.
