Disappointed that the scales haven't moved down from my July 1st weigh in, but grateful that the scales haven't moved up!!! Doctor's appointments again on the 3rd, so the games continue. Happy August Caesar Month everyone.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice (Ceasar month) (no red varrow) good luck on your dr appointment. Happy month. I read this "In the Southern Hemisphere, August is the seasonal equivalent of February in the Northern Hemisphere."
