Went down again. I am starting to realize I can actually do this. Found a really good recipe for low carb ranch dressing. I copy-cat'ed the Outback Steakhouse recipe but use whipping cream instead of milk. It is so yummy. I made it just as spicy as they do so it gives it a kick. Let me know if you want the recipe ; )
193.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
