So disappointed with my weight gain last week, it's amazing the things you can accomplish if you remain discipline the following week. Good, healthy eating habits and routine exercise. I'm sure some of it is water weight lost as well, but I feel more energetic and happy to get back on track. We all know and fully acknowledge the formula for weight loss success, it's just so darn hard to implement and keep to it! As a self proclaimed "foodie", it's tough to maintain or stick to the diet too. But so far the 80/20 rule seems to be working out okay.
