Back on Bright Lines eating for the next two weeks. While I'm so proud of myself for staying below 260, I'm very disappointed that I couldn't break the 250 barrier. My sister and brother in law both have expressed how much healthier they both are and both have also lost a lot of weight by eating real food. I'm still struggling to get myself to the mind set where I'm willing to cook all the time. Of course, working in an office where vendors, or the company frequently provide us with lunch, doesn't help either.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, lawdy ... the VENDORS. One company from which my university licenses business databases sent my department a ton of chocolate bars. Judging from the ecstasy on everyone's faces, good chocolate, too. I wanted to strangle someone.

Since July 2016 I go up and down from 74-71, now I broke this plateau with challenge 4 days Fast of Chess and continue. You will lose again, health food, less calories, more walking, you will see my buddy :-)

EFudd we have a vendor that occasionally supplies us a variety box of mini "Nothing Bundt Cakes", now these are like crack for everyone in my office, and I'm no exception. Fortunately I've managed not to find out that these little Bundts were here until everyone else had already polished off the box the last couple of times. Not sure I have the strength to pass on one, if I knew it was just waiting for me across the hall from my office. Good for you on passing up those chocolate bars.

just wrap your head around the fact...........those foods are killing you it is not worth my carbs.... so get a good grip and it will be easier..
