I'm going to see this as water weight and muscle weight, however if I see 2 more readings going up and down around this number, I will consider it a plateau & tweak accordingly.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
