Not a cheat dish, but dinner & equates to 315 calories.
1/2 cup swiss chard
1 cup of stir fried in Wok veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, red peppers, zucchini, and onions)
4 oz of lean pork sirloin (made in the slow cooker)
1/4 cup of Mango salsa (chopped mango, onion, red pepper, zucchini)
Compliments of my mother who has lost 115 pounds and over 8 years later has managed to keep it off :-)

Thank you, Lenny. My mother makes the kind of stir fry vegetables you want to binge on! lol. She actual stir fries each type of vegetable individually in the seasoned wok so they stay crisp before she mixes them all together and serves. I grew up in an extremely agricultural area so I love veggies! :-)
