Time to get serious again and push for the summit.
I was watching documentary about guys that run a guide service on Mt Everest. They say that the climb is so demanding that they burn 15,000 calories a day... Whoa!!! By comparison, loosing my last 18 lbs is gonna be easy.

143.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
